Return Policy
Returns with SuHe Shops.
If you are looking to return your order, we're here to help! As SuHe Shops provides print-on-demand services, with each shirt printed uniquely for each customer, SuHe Shops does not process returns or exchanges. Returns and exchanges are limited to the discretion of SuHe Shops. To be eligible for a return, the return process must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery.
You must contact SuHe Shops at hello@suheshops.com before attempting to return your item.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Email hello@suheshops.com with your order confirmation email and number to request which products you would like to return.
- At the discretion of SuHe Shops, if your return is approved, you will be responsible for shipping return costs.
- Your package should be addressed to "SuHe Shops Returns." A return address will be provided upon approval of the exchange or return, at the discretion of SuHe Shops.
Was Your Product Misprinted, Damaged or Defective?
Please note that any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our demand-printing supplier's part are covered at their expense. If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report.
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful demand-printing facility. You, the customer, will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
therefore the demand-printing facility, Printful, reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
