Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Our print-on-demand service provider will ship domestic U.S. orders within 5-14 business days for a flat USPS rate of $3.99 with a $2.00 charge for additional product.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SuHe LLC, dba SuHe SHops, is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@suheshops.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Please note that only USPS is allowed to ship p.o. boxes. Private shipping companies and carriers like FedEx, and UPS are prohibited from shipping to p.o. Boxes. Please keep this in mind as you set your delivery location for your order. 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you are looking to return your order, we're here to help! As SuHe Shops provides print-on-demand services, with each shirt printed uniquely for each customer, SuHe Shops does not process returns or exchanges. Returns and exchanges are limited to the discretion of SuHe Shops. To be eligible for a return, the return process must be initiated within 30 days of product delivery.
